Сauliflower Fritters

That’s a great recipe for breakfast, launch, brunch – you name it! This fritters are low in carbs and fats, but high in fiber and taste amazing!


  • 1 Сauliflower, about 2.5-3 lb
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil


  1. Wash and cut cauliflower, then boil it for about 5-6 min. Rinse it with cold water right away to stop cooking. Finely chop it and transfer to a big bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic, great the cheese, chop the parsley, whisk the eggs: add everything to the bowl.
  3. Mix in the water.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, and spoon the fritters. Fry the fritters until golden, for about 2-3 min on each side.
